One of the great benefits of the Garmin Vivofit fitness band is being able to track your calories burned, this is a key feature for users who are trying to loose weight and monitor their daily calorie intake. Vivofit users can easily keep track of how many calories they have burned and consumed throughout the course of the day. This is based on calorie goals set up in MyFitnessPal.
